    Interesting briefs at the cutting edge of digital comminication

    Lack of communication between agencies
    Competition between agencies working for the same client
    No clear directive of which agency within the network does what

    Advice to Management

    Communicate amongst yourselves more and leave the egos at the door. Guess what, clients don't like it and it makes you look like a bunch of aloof primadonnas.

    - innovative, creative solutions
    - excellent strategy team

    - no connection btw executive vision and local senior management actions
    - senior management favoritism in hiring / promotion decisions, not based on objective criteria

    Advice to Management

    Empower, delegate, force more responsibility further down into the organization.
    Recognize that high staff turnover indicates a need for change in leadership style.
