Last minute communication or conflicting communication from corporate leadership to stores and customers resulting in wasted payroll and lost customer base.

Advice to Management

Too much conflicting communication and direction are being given to stores to execute as well as numerous pricing programs that confuse our customers, call a sale a sale, a coupon a coupon.
