    Good pay and benifits. Great co-workers

    Cons

    No work life balance, Don't care how long you work, not enough help. Poor ddecisions from corp.

    Advice to Management

    Start listening to the stores on what merchandise is needed. Be more proactive not reactive.

    Good hours, break, the clothes

    Cons

    The management was horrible, so much drama, the customers were so rude.

    Advice to Management

    I think JCPenney should definitely start over. Your management staff needs to learn the definition of BUSINESS ATTIRE. I used to work there and the management went to work appearing as to work in a bar or a strip club. Also, I understand your need to serve the customer but a customer should never be allowed to hit an employee and get away with it.
