Pros

Management takes to heart your personal growth and want to see you succeed!

Cons

Previous CEO brought a lot of hardship on the company. Many wonder well the company make a come back with new CEO in place. Positions were eliminated and stores are now under staffed. This may make personal career growth hard for awhile.

    Pros

there is absolutely nothing good about working for this company.

    Cons

low pay, crazy hours - hours change over night and they don't call, slave work, all they care about is making customers open credit cards, the managers will not give hours if an employee doesn't open credit cards, certain managers/ employees treat people with disabilities badly by yelling at them in front of customers/employees, and making fun of them. Employee lunch room and bathrooms are never clean with no toilet paper or hand towels, the air-conditioning almost never works, no communication/organization between managers, major favoritism between certain managers and employees.

    Advice to Management

organize all departments. listen to all of your employees not just the ones you like.
