    Great sales discount for employees

    Cons

    Asked to work harder, take on more responsibility with no mention of more money. Company does NOT care about employee morale. They want more work with less people. Employees are asked to continue to buy into company's ever changing vision.

    Advice to Management

    Value the JCPenney experience that your employees have gained over the years of working hard for you rather than expect them to train the outside talent that you bring in for the positions they should have.

    Pros

    I personally enjoyed the fast-pace environment it provided. Employee Recognition. Small treats for making sales goals.

    Cons

    Staffing issues, keeping up with customers when you are by yourself requires some skin.

    Advice to Management

    I feel some employees are being disregarded for the wrong reasons. In this economy, it's sad to see employees losing hours because some people don't want a credit card.
