I have been working at J. C. Penney part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Very flexible hours, willing to work around schedules, and good for learning a wide array of skills. 25% associate discount.

Cons

Many employees, sometimes they seem to forget about you. A need to ask many times for hours. Raises have been frozen, so I'm at $8.00 for eternity.

Advice to Management

Change the music that is playing constantly to classical, please.
