    If you are in a sales role and do well they appreciate you but if you are an operational person, they have no respect or time for you.

    Cons

    balance of work and life.... management is there at least 50-60 hrs a week..

    Respect all employees, they each play a role in making your branches success

    Pros

    Name recognition, experience with a top firm, respected in the industry, paid for OT even though salaried.

    Cons

    Very poor work environment (won't even supply office supplies like pens!), poor communication, below average pay for position, and VERY political, forced performance rankings so even good performers get shunned by the system in place.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate large scale issues with employees so they are not blind sided by upcoming changes. Stop operating like a cost center in a client service LOB, they do not mix
