    At the quarterly business meetings employees are encouraged to expand their knowledge and to explore mobility options within the firm but when it comes to actually accomplishing the goals the possibilities are limited when one tries to relocate to another site.

    Pros

    Benefits package good, decent pay, a few chances for advancement, fairly clear expectations from management.

    Cons

    Lots of corporate red tape and strict rules that sometimes get in the way of really doing business efficiently. No opportunity for flexible work schedule. Mandatory overtime almost every week.

    Advice to Management

    Work on making flexible work arrangements available...especially for busy parents. Also, think about adjusting call center metrics downward so that customers can be taken care of in fewer calls with higher satisfaction instead of needing to rush through calls.
