Approves of CEO

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

The Salary is competitive and there are numerous job opportunities in various cities. Potential for easy relocation. The company is perceived as leader in the industry with a strong and knowledgeable CEO

Cons

It sometimes appears that rudeness rather than true ambition and hard are rewarded. Although there are numerous job opportunities, you have to "know" the right people to get an interview.

Advice to Management

Be open to suggestions and willing to admit if a mistake is made. Disband the "cliques" within management that promote employees based on personal relationships and ignore feedback regarding the friends of management

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is the closest company to sell you job security.

    Cons

Limited pay increases are capped and bonus is limited. The only way up the pay scale is out of the company.

    Advice to Management

Pay better to retain talent. You're never to big to allow talent to go else where and take over you.
