I worked at J.P. Morgan as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Worked in their London office and the facilities and the perks are very nice. They have a brand new building in Canary Wharf with great cafeteria, starbucks, and gym in the building.

Cons

The company is so big that it may be tough to feel like you are a big part of something. If you worked at a smaller company or an office location that held fewer people in it, you may have a different experience.

    Pros

Good quality Projects and Work. Training Opportunities.

    Cons

Senior Management is very demotivating and full of politics and insincerity. Even if you do good work, it may never get highlighted because someone else or your manager takes credit for it. Only your shortcoming or mistakes are highlighted in review and ratings.

  2. "Very enlightening. Good place to work. Gained valuable experience in the Legal Dept."

They should speak to the staff more.
