    Pros

Very secure company with numerous opportunties for advancement. With over 245K employees spanning a wide range of financial businesses there is something to do for everyone no matter what your education or past work experience.

    Cons

Very large organization, easy to get lost in buracracy. It is difficult to demonstrate the value of your work in the context of the overall organization. More often that not one finds that their own work is being duplicated in some other part of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Honest and open communciations throughout the organization would be of tremendous value. It would help to know what management is thinking at a tactical level so the entire organization can align with managment objectives.
