I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Large company with many different types of businesses and functions. Company generally does well. Strong senior management.

    Cons

Jobs are very specialized with very little training offered. Company does not actively try to promote work/life balance. Compensation is generally not good, even if the company had record earnings.

    Advice to Management

Actively promote work/life balance and don't just pay lip-service to it. Provide the necessary training required for jobs. Hire more people if the workload increases signficantly. Match employees pay with company performance.
