    employee recognition, benefits, community involvement, opportunities and chance of advancement for the right individuals,

    my only complaint is the parking lot is too small (Ottawa location)

    Advice to Management

    I feel the training for new hires should be longer and cover more bases so that there is a better understanding of what all lines of business do within the company which would improve the customer experience greatly in my opinion. The more knowledgeable we are, the more professional we will be and the better the customer service we provide will be. Would likely also reduce the instances of errors which can cause losses for the company. Chase should ensure that employees are held accountable for their actions and perhaps be more proactive with disciplinary measures in order to provide higher quality service.
