I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of exposure to various tasks and projects being worked on in the office. Always opportunities to contribute outside daily tasks.

    Cons

Very thinly staffed, you often feel overworked. Inconsistent hours, very difficult to plan anything after work on a weekday. Emphasis on rules and regulations creating a lot of unnecessary workflow.

    Advice to Management

Quality of life needs to be improved for entry employees or else nobody will stay with the firm long term. Emphasize growth opportunities within the firm.
