Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Overall company is great just not some departments. Loved my co-workers and benefits.

Cons

Senior management needs personal conduct training. Treat all staff members the same.

Advice to Management

Need to treat staff like humans. I was told I was to nice to my team. Who always made every deadline and worked hard everyday. Never ask your Manager to change information on a review to justify wanting people in there department to be reassigned.

    Pros

Stability - if you work moderately hard, you can have a job for life. You can move slowly up the corporate ladder.

    Cons

Incentives are not there for hard work and accomplishment, and for technology they are too risk averse to build anything great.

    Advice to Management

Promote within, and change incentives from risk avoidance to innovation and change.
