    Pros

Global company; lots of opportunities for movement; decent benefits; work/life balance is dependent on who your manager is; good sense on teamwork to get the job done.

    Cons

Pay is significantly below market especially if you plan to stay with the company; every three years they take over another bank before they have their act together with the prior takeover; constant restructuring and layoffs while the big dogs take home huge bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Take care of th employees you have instead of forcing them to go elsewhere to stay within the median salary range for their position. Stop acquiring more banks and companies in economic downturns and then laying-off to appease shareholders while "rewarding" yourselves with large bonuses.

    Pros

Unbeatable variety - the opportunity to take on different roles with different teams. Once an employee decides to seek another role within the firm, no manager can stop the employee from leaving.

    Cons

General lack of training; also below average compensation - compared to peers, which makes it difficult to retain good quality, experienced staff.
