    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The only good thing about this job was the pay but even that was not worth working 55-60 hours a week with management expecting you to put your entire life aside and be at their beckon and call.

    Cons

Management had unrealistic expectations. Management and owner treated employees very poorly often times making people have emotional breakdowns.

    Advice to Management

Revamp everything. Instead of trying to do things your own way, follow the way corporate does it. They seem to have happy employees and you DO NOT!

I worked at JD Byrider full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You might be able to get some experience in sales to help your resume. Its a mediocre income at best.

    Cons

I worked for this company as sales and as a sales manager for a few years. The hours are unspeakable. You will live there. The cars are garbage and as soon as you sell them, they come right back. Blown engines. Wheels falling off. This job is the definition of a migraine. No benefits at all. Split days off, but you are expected to be there on your one day off during the week. This job burns you out and will mentally and physically change you for the worst. The leads are garbage. Sales process is ancient.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay if you want slaves there 24/7
