      Pros

      The CEO is easy to communicate with and interested in seeing his employees succeed. Being a smaller company, it offers opportunities to learn different concepts and processes. I feel like a valued employee. The salary offered is very fair and competitive The co-workers are supportive and do not mind you reaching out to them with questions. Additional training is encouraged for personal and professional career growth.
