Pros

The work environment is very supportive to young people, they take the time to train you and develop your skills. Also, the company culture is friendly and people seem to have a good life work balance, while still producing excellent work.

Cons

Working with brokers can be challenging.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at JLL full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great corporate culture overall. Global recognition.

    Cons

Departments vary greatly and reflect the personality of the director. Unfortunately, lease administration in Dallas, Texas poorly ran and poorly regarded. Transfer out is nearly impossible unless the director approves and that rarely happens because of ongoing staffing issues (high turnover due to resignations). The workload is back breaking and soul crushing. Errors detected through the internal, annual audits can and do lead to scapegoating and an occasional termination. Although, you may better off terminated than relegated to the lowest tier in the caste system. Someone recommended this for recent graduates. I would only add that the recent graduate should be attractive and from a upper middle class family.

    Advice to Management

None. It would fall upon deaf ears.
