    Pros

    Stable company that provides significant opportunities to be exposed to global Fortune 50 clients. Senior management seemed very competent and intelligent. Benefits and PTO were great.

    Cons

    Working on a corporate account provided a great deal of stability, but not so much career growth. Sort of like being in a fish bowl.

    great senior management
    fair and open compensation and review process
    conservative company, not prone to making rash decisions
    very well diversified from a business services standpoint
    known to be a place where "smart," "well-educated" people work - mostly true!

    Cons

    decisions can sometimes be slow in coming
    not as aggressive as some of the other competitors
    tends to have an exaggerated view of how good it is delivering services to clients

    Advice to Management

    try to balance the smart and slow decision making process to be better able to adapt to new business opportunities. Try to be a market leader in actuality instead of just saying that they firm is a market leader.
