Pros

The name on you resume is terrific if you plan to remain in real estate. You work with smart talented people.

There was a keep your head down and work, work, work attitude. Some really heartless managers.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Benefits, knowledge through company training, best at what they do, opportunities for travel if you are open to move to other cities, education reimbursement

    Cons

Hard to advance when you begin at a lower level unless you know someone higher up in the company, performance evaluations are capped and don't allow employees to get an evaluation score higher than a set number, not everyone is eligible for a bonus

    Advice to Management

Bonuses should be based on performance, not title/status in the company, annual performance ratings should not be capped at a certain score

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Lots of room for professional growth
Company makes huge efforts to match personality with client
Many free in house educational opportunities
Allow many employees the option to work from home
    Great work-life balance
    Fantastic benefits package
    Very woman friendly
    Great IT support

    Cons

They did not have a diverse enough client portfolio and suffered greatly during the recession
For me this was not an issue but for some people not having administrative staff could be an issue(to handle copy, scanning, mailing, etc)
Changed to a lesser health plan during my employment

    Advice to Management

JLL was my favorite place of all time to work. I hope that once the company recovers from the impacts of the recession that I can return.
