    Pros

Big and solidly established company, lesser chance to get laid of in times of financial hardship. Good atmosphere amongst colleagues, firnedly and nice. Employees are highly professional and managers treat people nicely.

    Cons

some procedures are quite slow. You have to go thorugh a lot of procedures before anything to be completed, especially HR and IT sides.

    Advice to Management

increase salary. The company needs to increase salary. Prices are going up and salary increase is not enough to cover the risen prices.

    Pros

Only if you have a good account, a good Manager & a fair amount of work; you might be okay.

    Cons

You can be at a healthy stage with work & all of a sudden be overwhelmed after an organizational change; leaving you with double to triple the work. This goes with no extra help or pay which has cost many their jobs

    Advice to Management

JLL really needs to start looking at the work load/tasks they are giving to their employees. This in the end produces sick employess overwhelmed by stress; not good!!! Just because JLL is a big company, they shouldn't take advantage of their employees; but help them instead by listening when they are told by their employees that they are overloaded with work.
