    I worked at JPS Health Network full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Awesome team to work with, especially in the ED. Great mission, lots of opportunity to build experience.

    Cons

    Chronically understaffed and working with unsafe nurse to patient ratios, especially when there are no admit beds. ED nurses should not have 1-2 ICU holds PLUS another 4-6 patients.
