      Pros

      Can learn a lot. Good exposure. Lot of responsibilities. Small work force so everyone knows each other. Family business so not run like a corporate catering only to the Wall Street

      Cons

      Long working hours. Lot of pressure. Changing priorities. Company doesn't have a long term goal. Not a healthy work environment. Benefits are not competitive.
