I have been working at Jackson National Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

My experience at Jackson has been nothing but great. I work on the sales desk and the two things I love most are the culture and advancement. The culture is part of the reason Jackson remains number 1 and there is such a clear. Direction of advancement you can’t help but get promoted. Last year alone I had several promotions. Truly a great place to build a foundation for your career

    Cons

Depending on what you cover, the hours could be different than your typical 9-5

I worked at Jackson National Life full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great first role in the financial services industry. Management is very structured and amazing benefits package.

    Cons

Tedious and repetitive work. Most employees are fresh out of college when they start as an IW. The average tenure is between 1-2 years. This is mostly because employees feel burnt out by sales territory requirements and feeling more like a customer service role.
