No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Jacobs full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Good place to get experience and government clearances.
Management will work with you to develop skills.
Opportunities for off site travel and extra compensation.

Cons

Little upwards career movement from within.
What you settle into at the company may not match your orginal job description.
Company-wide safety program can be a little annoying.
Office rules, as written, have an air of micro-management to them. Enforcement of those rules seems hit or miss, though.

Advice to Management

The workspace is divided and closed off, much like the office culture. Opening up some of the areas may promote more communication between workers.
Computer equipment needs upgrades-- it's affecting productivity.
