    Pros

    good pay, good vacation, flexible schedule, laid back atmosphere. There are opportunities elsewhere within the company, although I have no idea how you get to any of them.

    Cons

    lack of job security. Stay billable or have your resume ready.

    Advice to Management

    diversify your clients so that engineers and managers can be used elsewhere when the client contracts inevitably end.
