Approves of CEO

Pros

Wide range of major challenging projects.

Cons

Top management treats the staff like they cannot be trusted. They also do not seem to understand the businesses of some of their local offices. Benefits package is subpar. Focused on meeting quarterly earnings projections.

Advice to Management

Trust the people you hire or else improve their skills or outplace them.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

My management is very respectful and accommodating. They treat me as a part of the team and exhibit a great amount of flexibility in their treatment of me.

    Cons

The nature of the industry, which is not for everyone especially in trying economic times.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The work is exciting, especially in Future Systems or Aerospace Industries. Exposure to newest technologies and working with other corporations to see how they lead and develop new ideas and technolog to meet seemingly impossible pipedreams. Want to work on Force field generators or cloaking devices - coming right up.

    Cons

What management? This is basically a glorified headhunter to the government - no management contact or relationship exists.
No training opportunities ever discussed or reviewed or presented.
    No continuing education opportunities covered.
Most "on your own - fend for yourself" place I have ever encountered. I don't mind fending, but don't expect me to feel part of your "team"

    Advice to Management

Giving Management Advice to Who? There is no interaction - team meetings? Career development? Goals and Training? Nothing other than the random broadcast email to even make you feel part of a team
