I have been working at Jameson Publishing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Paid overtime. Nice office building. Mostly good people to work with.

    Cons

They keep dropping the commission rates but tightening the micromanagement. They terminate good people but keep employees who have broken company rules over and over.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to get closer to to reps on the sales floor, middle management does not have the fortitude to tell upper management what is wrong.
