Good stepping stone in e-commerce - Designers Janamuda Employee Review

It’s a stressful no doubt but it comes with a ton of perks including access to snacks and coffee for fuel, desserts on Fridays to start your weekend off right, good pay and benefits and an atmosphere dedicated to teamwork and collaboration. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to land this job in the first place. I look forward to what the future has in store for me here.

Management isn’t the easiest bunch to please. They’re not as bad as some claim but you still need to be on your A game to do well here.

The culture here is very good - mostly due to a great CEO who drives it from the top down. The company is very well run from a financial perspective and is growing. The corporate office is very nice. I believe they have a bright future. I like that they give back to many communities.

The only con is the analysts don't give this company enough credit for their product or market share.
