Talented nice people who care about their work. Many options for career however politics can prevent movement.
Cons
Politically tense all the time. Very different since new president of TA took over brought out the worst in people. People waste time in ego feeding meetings instead of making movements on projects and decisions. the culture tanking and impact on morale is notable.
