In listening to our employee concerns it is, unfortunately, true that our response times vary quite a bit across the organization. The variety and types of programs run by Janus Youth Programs is quite broad and, though we aim for unified responses to issues, we still encounter scenarios that require checking with various contractors and licensing agencies prior to responding.
