    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Just writing this line because i had to write 20 words minimum. Otherwise there is no "pro" in this company.

    Cons

First, starting from their working hours - it is written in law that no person should work for more than 48 hours a week and 9 hours in a day. But the daily working hours are 9hours and it runs 6days a week which makes it 54 hours weekly working company.
Secondly, they boast as the highest paying company in their domain but the applicants don't know that they will be expected to do a job of 3people in 1.
Moreover they compare themselves with recruitment firms and call themselvesa corporate signifying no noticeable difference between the two.
All the celebrations happening in company would either be done in last one hour of the day or post the working hours are completed. Urging the employees to stay overtime. Hence, the personal plans and lifestyle is amalgamated by their presence in employee's life.
If you will enter even a minute late, they will deduct whole day's salary. On the other hand, the manager would give you rude looks if he notices you are not staying overtime.
The higher management thinks they are god. They are doing their job as we are. And if they need to come to office on some days when they were supposed to stay home, but they couldn't ignore.. it is because you are getting paid for it. Why are you blaming me to waste your time in office?
Making fool is a part of daily pitching.
They never allow you to float your CV on job portals in your working tenure. This itself shows the level of trust they have on their employees. You people should understand one thing, it's a mutual deal of faith, trust and hope from the employee and employer. All of it is missing from the latter's side.
The HR division of Jaro depicts such a ride and proud image. None of the HRs is ever polite and sane to talk to. Forget about their communication skills.

    Advice to Management

They will not pay heed to it or maybe would start giving me some. So, no point in giving free advices. Although i have a request, stop treating employees like machines.

I worked at Jaro Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good cultural environment all the festivals and events are celebrated nicely.
fixed 9 hrs working not much slogging.
    average learning

    Cons

if u are a fresher salary starts from 9k with no incentives.
mon to sat 9hrs working alternate sat 7hrs working
    no work life balance.
new staff is not hired quickly. 4-5 people are made to do 10-12 people's work, whereas in sales there is a new batch every month of approx 20 joinees for support only 1- 2 joinees are hired.
Manager will mail you not to interact much with other teams and if found they will warn you to issue warning letter.
people are promoted after more than 3 years

    Advice to Management

need to increase payscale for support.
you have already losed a lot of great employees and if all this continues you will lose more of them and have an entirely freshers team left.
