      Great benefits and pay. A company that sincerely cares for their employees. Great opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Thor acquisition taking over I have a feeling is going to take a turn for the worst. You go from a family owned company that cared about their customers to a shareholder company who only cares about profit.

      Salary not hourly, generous amount of time off. Paid days off. Limited ability to work from home.

      Not much availability to move up. Thinking outside of the box is sometimes frowned upon.
