    Pros

They are willing to pay well as long as you contribute. New hires are also paid very well base.

    Cons

Bad credit rating. One minor crisis and the company will get blown out of the water.

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with employees. Be more specific in presenting goals your group should achieve.

  2. "Good people, hard work"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The people you work with are very capable; I found my co-workers very helpful and am proud to know them.

    Cons

From what I understand, you might not work as hard as in the investment banking divisions of UBS or another bulge bracket investment bank, but you will be working 90 hours a week plus.

    Advice to Management

Please, be more open to listening to your employees about ways that they could increase their own productivity. If you expect people to hand over their lives to a company, you should be willing to invest in their productivity. When you're working a 21 hour day, a 10% increase in productivity is extremely helpful.
