Pros

Great place to get a generalist experience in analyst class! I would highly recommend people to work at Jefferies. Good culture.

Cons

Jefferies doesn't have a strong brand as some of the bulge bracket firms in terms of investment banking in the US or internationally.

Advice to Management

I would get rid of some of the senior bankers who don't add to revenue or for the office culture.
