I have been working at Jenzabar full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is in the same boat, and can't do anything about it... misery loves company, right?

If you are able to work from home, you've got it made.

    Good medical benefits.

    Cons

There is zero incentive to succeed in this company. Bonuses are sub-par/meaningless, and there are no raises. The company actually puts effort into hiring people at as low a salary as possible, and will often bring in under-qualified, or completely unqualified people to be trained to do what management "wishes" were entry-level jobs, but are actually nothing of the sort. Management themselves are probably the most unqualified, with almost no technical qualifications and a blind eye to the inner workings of the company. Don't be surprised to be told how to do your job from someone who can't describe your job to you.

The company products are as bad as management. What's hustled to clients is a decade old evolution of poorly coded garbage. Fixing all the defects is knowingly impossible, so a flawed system of escalation is in place to fix the defects that people "notice" rather than what's of "critical" importance. The company matto is "it'll be fixed in JX". The environment squanders creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, where benchmarks are more important than actual progress.

Bottom line, this company is going no where fast

    Advice to Management

    Forward thinking requires present understanding.
