Excellent in-house training
Strong intra-departmental support
Paperless charts - database documentation
Strong new leadership
Regular, good clinical supervision
Flexibility to move from full-time to part-time or contract as other obligations change

Cons

Poor salaries and raises - less than inflation
Pressure to meet productivity/billable hours requirements, at expense of your 2% raise (for meeting goals) and possible job loss
Little opportunity for in-house advancement
Expensive employee contribution towards health insurance, especially for families

Advice to Management

Review how helpful productivity requirements are in actually increasing revenue, considering the anxiety they cause and the expense to staff morale.
