Pros

Easy workplace flow. Fast-paced, but repetitive so it's easy to get into a rhythm and work through the day. Coworkers were the best, but it definitely depends on the location. Some store managers are awesome while other make you want to quit after a few hours. You learn a lot about the cars you work on and the mechanics that go into how cars work and are fixed. Pay is comparable to other places, and is mostly worth the required effort on the job.

Cons

Higher up managers and store owners are the most difficult and disconnecter people I have ever worked for. Training in store with them are horrible. They expect you to just walk away from you position and listen to them talk for 30+ minutes, causing the store to fall behind on vehicles and progress, then berate the employees about getting cars done faster. They expect the employees to act like robots and worship them and every rude customer that comes into Jiffy Lube.
