Pros
Huge Campus: you will feel like going to office everyday. Good work life balance. Many facilities like gym, swimming pool, turfs, playing ground, etc.
Cons
Management is very slow. Increment is very less. They will promote you to higher position but just for sake of promotion, there is no salary increment associated with it. They will release a appraisal letter saying "Promotion Without CTC" which is really pathetic.
