I have been working at JoS. A. Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Jos A Bank is paying entirely for me to have an MBA. They are paying all tuition, books, and fees. This is totaling over $12,000 per year to get a Master's Degree.

    Cons

    The normal world of retail.

    Advice to Management

Involve front line employees in decisions. A large volume of information is available with long term employees. They should be part of the solution
