    Pros

    Good people who have good intentions of making a difference.

    Cons

    The company wide focus on saving money has eliminated people's abilities to do their job well. People are overworked and underappreciated (note: I didn't say "underpaid" I said underAPPRECIATED). A disconnect between departments like I've never seen before. And truthfully, "disconnect" is a gross understatement. Different systems that don't communicate, no manpower to clean up bad data, etc. what a mess! Also, no money in the bank instills fear for job security, and no money to invest in people and departments leaves little room for loyalty to the org. The transparency about our financial situation may need to be rethought.

    Advice to Management

    Greet your team, smile at them, say thank you, say good morning when you come in. Implement FREE programs to boost morale. Your financial situation shouldn't determine the type of PERSON you are.

    Manager show favoritism, isn’t flexible, not loyal to employees, not room to grow or further your career, don’t offer raises
