    Pros

    On call makes additional 24 bucks a day sometimes you never get called. Easiest job I've ever had.

    Cons

    Unset hours never know when your going home. Smell of urine lingers in nose even after your at home. Gets lonley. Micro management

    Advice to Management

    Dont put equals in charge of each other regardless of age and tenure, that's what team leads are for.

    Pros

    This company offers great benefits and the weeks you don't get paid it's possible to accrue PTO.

    Cons

    A lot of false promises are given from the very first interview. Management is not very hands on for it to be a corporate office. The turn over ratio is at least 50% and when you start working there you see why. The Charlotte office claims to not be a call center in reality the systems are so outdated it is a call center and even your date on transactions need to be entered. A lot of things are done in secret and... once they feel the process is complete it is laid out to one with flaws and holes that then have to be corrected. Not much room for growth, they say so after a year but it does not take that long to notice the department you are in has no structure.

    Advice to Management

    Become more hands on. When you ask your employers about issues, actually address them instead of having a potluck that one detartment funds. Be more transparent and honest with the people you interview and let them know what to expect. The company over all could use a big upgrade and less changes in upper management could result in a better outcome.
