Head office keeps control by mirco managing and allowing several senior staff to have input, all opinions differ, so no matter what you do, it's wrong to someone. Communication is poor and when you can speak to the reporting manager it's usually while they are distracted and only hear what they choose to hear. You can never do anything right, no matter how well you're team performs there is always something that isn't good enough. They demand the impossible and set you up for failure.
