I worked at Johnson Supply full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people who work there are a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

Johnson Supply has strategic issues with management and company direction. In my opinion, they take an adversarial approach to their employees, and upon leaving will not honor business norms by terminating you for giving 2-week notice and not paying out earned vacation. My recommendation to existing or future employees would be to not provide a notice period and preemptively use up any accrued paid time off.

    Advice to Management

Instead of being scared to pay employees any dollar you think they may not have earned, try proactively ensuring everyone is compensated correctly. People have left and will continue to leave until this is resolved.
