I worked at Johnson & Johnson as a contractor

    Pros

Friendly working environment, easy commute close to the NJ Train station and across the street from Rutgers University. Direct exposure to management where the work you contribute is visible to management.

    Cons

Training is definitely an area that can be improved, as well as the software interface for contractors due to its slow response to computer commands. Expected to hit the ground running although little to no training is given.
