I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits. Great people. Manageable workload. Flexible work arrangements if needed.

    Cons

Very beuraucratic and political environment. Saturation at the lower levels which often makes it difficult to make that first movement up. Hierarchy sometimes creates dissatisfaction at the mid and lower levels in the organization.

    Advice to Management

Continue to develop young people as you are, but be mindful of top talent. Top talent is treated the same as all talent at the same level which may lead to them moving on. You do a great job at training people to be great leaders, but find ways to keep them around to drive growth.
