Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

The values that the company holds are the most respectable values you would hope from a company in the industries that they play in.

Everyone wants you to succeed, and helps you do so- even if they risk losing you to another company.

Cons

The leadership did not seem innovative or adaptive.

Communication from executives to the employees was almost as lacking as their communication to the public.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Large community, saying you worked their for any amount of time sounds impressive to other employers. Nice company store.

    Cons

So large that as a low level employee you get lost in the numbers. Easy to feel like you and your work are not valued.

    Advice to Management

Give co-ops to managers who actually want them and have a plan for how they will utilize that students talents.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits. Focus on well-being of employees and safe working conditions. Flexible work/life. Strong stock performance over time. Good for working mothers. Open culture.

    Cons

Inconsistent experience based on having various managers over time. Inexperienced managers focus on themselves as opposed to giving opportunities to their direct reports. Lots of big egos lately.

    Advice to Management

Develop internal talent before taking chances on external.
