I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Excellent resources to use. People are willing and helpful to teach you, and give you time to grow. Management is also easy to access and will help you answer questions.

Cons

There is no guarantee for a job. This is not a company that will create a job for you like some other companies out there.

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great PTO and health benefits. One of the few companies out there still offering a pension

    Cons

Management is beyond disconnected, there is no accountability. No opportunities for growth outside of the skills you originally brought to the company.

    Advice to Management

Do a clean sweep of middle and upper management. Stop hiring consultants, and. Listen effectively to the feedback your employees give you!
