Pros

Great products and the ability to contribute to improved health for so many people.

Cons

Some management teams are more worried about their profit than the people who help drive the business. They eventually get weeded out, but have a way of surviving way too long and it is a cyclical thing.

Advice to Management

No one has ever been fired for their Credo scores....rethink this and take a closer look at who in your organization is cancerous.

Idea place to start a career, gain vauable experience and then move to another company.

    Cons

Strategies and goals of one department/divsion did not always align with those of the others.
Adherence to common processes was difficult to attain due to lack of alignment with goals.
Communication between top tier management was lacking while lower level communication was better.

    Advice to Management

Drive growth and profit through aquisition and new products rather than cost cutting and reducing resources

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Big company with lots of money; friendly and helpful people; good benefits; really cares about delivering good products to customers

    Cons

People are not as active and involved; lower pay for co-ops/interns in my year; co-op/intern program is not as well organized as other companies at the same level (they should put more time and efforts into making the program better); does not give project details after co-ops/interns accept the offers.
